Utilizing a highly sought after Mario Accunto wood-fired pizza oven, our pizzas are Neapolitan in style, made using fresh ingredients in the most traditional way possible. Pizzas have a salty, funky dough which is fermented for three days creating a crust that’s soft, chewy and crunchy, all at once. Focused on creating perfect pies with balance and simplicity, pizzas will evolve with the seasons, and boast hearty cured meats in the winter, and fresh, seasonal vegetables from the farmer’s market in the summer.

Baker Raffaele Esposito is credited in creating the Margherita pizza in 1889, when King Umberto I and Queen Margherita visited Naples and Esposito baked them a pizza whose colors mirrored those of the Italian flag: red (tomatoes), white (mozzarella), and green (basil).

Our Neapolitan style pizza is inspired by the traditional approach, prepared with simple and fresh ingredients: a basic dough, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil. It is defined by its simplicity, and quality ingredients. Neapolitan pizza must be kneaded by hand, is topped with raw tomatoes, and cheese. It's topped off with fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil. The pizza is then baked for 60-90 seconds in a minimum 800 F stone oven with a wood fire for a perfect crunchy crust and chewy center.
